Seismic replacement build at Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) American Lake Ph2B Specialty Care Building 201 in Tacoma WA.  Building 201 will function as ‘seismic replacement’ for, and accommodate services currently provided in, building 81/81AC. Building 81/81AC. Originally developed as a single construction document set, the project was broken out into Phase 2A Site Development and Phase 2B Building 201 in February 2021.

Phase 2B (building 201) is slated to start The webinar will take approximately one-hour where the Government will present information and invite industry to share observations and concerns.
